Privacy Policy

• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Your uploads. The video files you submit, and the clips produced from them.
• Job records. What you submitted, how long it was, when it ran, and whether it succeeded.
• Credit history. Purchases and the minutes each job consumed.
• Technical logs. Errors and request records used to keep the service running.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.

To run the service you asked for: to identify you, process your video, deliver your clips, count your credit correctly, and answer you when you write in. Payment records are also kept because tax law requires it.

Your uploads are used to produce your clips and for nothing else. We do not use them to train models, we do not show them to anyone, and we do not publish them. Audio is transcribed as part of finding the moments worth cutting; that transcript is part of your job and is not used elsewhere.

For talking-head and podcast videos, the text of the transcript is sent to a third-party AI provider, which reads it and suggests the moments worth clipping. Only the words and how long each sentence lasts are sent: never your video, its audio, its title or file name, or anything that identifies you.

Running the service means a few other companies handle parts of it:

• Supabase — sign-in and account records.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploads and finished clips.
• Modal — the GPU machines that process your video.
• OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to — reading the text of speech transcripts to pick clips.
• Dodo Payments — payment, as merchant of record. They handle your card details; we never receive them.

These providers process data on our instructions. Some are outside your country, so your data may be transferred internationally.

Your uploaded video is deleted as soon as your clips are made. The moment a job finishes, the original file you sent is removed from our storage. We do not keep it, and we cannot recover it — so keep your own copy of anything you upload.

Your clips stay until you delete them. They remain in your library so you can come back and download them whenever you like. Deleting a clip from your library removes it for good — the file is erased from storage immediately and cannot be undone or regenerated, because the source it was cut from is already gone.

You can also ask us to delete your whole account. Write to jugaad.chhabra@gmail.com and we will erase your clips and account records, keeping only what tax or accounting law requires us to.

Account and payment records are kept for as long as the account exists, and afterwards only where tax or accounting law requires.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. Write to jugaad.chhabra@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We are based in India, so India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to how we handle your data. If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with its own data protection law, the rights that law gives you apply too — regardless of what this page says.

We set only what is needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.
