Every new account gets 10 free minutes. No card. They work like bought minutes, with every feature on: captions, up to 10 clips per video, all of it.
The trial lets you pick a video up to 60 minutes long, but a video longer than the minutes you have left is refused. So in practice the trial covers up to 10 minutes of video.
What a minute means
A minute is one minute of the video you upload, not of the clips you get back. A 42-minute episode costs 42 minutes, whether it comes back with three clips or nine.
What a pack unlocks
Buying a pack unlocks its limits for good. Your account keeps the best pack you've ever bought. Buy Creator once, and later Starter top-ups don't take captions away.
One thing to know: buying a pack ends the trial. If your first purchase is Starter, your account moves to Starter's limits, which don't include captions. Captions come with the Creator and Studio packs.
No expiry, no subscription
Credits never expire. It's a one-off purchase, so there's nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Purchases are final
Credit is non-refundable, including credit you haven't used. If we take your money and fail to deliver, we put it right. See the refunds policy.
Who bills you
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who appear on your statement. Prices are in US dollars.
Questions
Is there a monthly plan?
No. You buy minutes when you want them. Nothing renews.
Do unused minutes expire?
Never.
Does a longer clip cost more?
No. You pay for the length of the upload. How many clips come back, and how long they are, doesn't change the cost.
Which packs have captions?
Creator and Studio, and the free trial. Starter clips come without captions, and you can still trim them.
Can I get a refund on unused minutes?
No, purchases are final. If you're charged and don't get what you paid for, write to us and we'll put it right.
